How to select your content sources on Kurato?

The content sources are the fuel that allows Kurato to operate at its full potential.
Without them, there is no relevant content strategy and especially no curation.
In this article, we will looks at
- what is a content source (or just source)?
- which content sources you should select for your business?
- Hot to add a content source to Kurato?
What's a content source?
One content source is either:
- an Instagram account
- an Instagram hashtag
Theses content sources are used by Kurato to find and push to you relevant content to curate and post on your page.
Which sources should I choose for my page?
This is the most common question asked by new users.
Indeed, many companies post because "they have to" without necessarily having had the time to step back and establish a real strategy. As a result, the same nagging question comes up every day: "what are we posting today?"
That's when an adequate content strategy, backed by user-generated content, can tremendously help.😄
Creating a content strategy
Developing a solid content strategy on Instagram beforehand will both save you time and make your feed more readable and attractive to your audience.
In broad terms, this means defining your content base principles, which are the main themes that are addressed when you deliver content to your audience.
Example: Considering a travel agency, we could address the following themes:
- Preparations for the trip.
- The agency's destinations
- On-site activities
- The accommodation on offer
- The company's know-how
- The lifestyle of our target audience
Once you have identified the themes, you can reorder them to have a coherent posting calendar, using one theme per day for example.
Creating a UGC backed strategy
Some businesses have less of a network than others to draw on to nurture their curation feed. For this, there are levers to encourage your audience to generate more UGC for your brand on Instagram such as creating and spreading your hashtags, organizing competitions or events.
